1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 90jil platform (https://90jil.ws) and all associated services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 90jil and the user.

If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be deemed void. Any deposited funds may or may not be refunded, at 90jil's sole discretion.

• Registrants must be residents of Bangladesh.
• Persons with mental incapacity are not eligible to use this platform.
• Users who have been banned by 90jil are not permitted to open a new account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 90jil are available via Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made from a verified account registered in the user's own name.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are not permitted without first wagering the deposited amount at least once.
• For suspicious transactions, 90jil may request additional documentation for verification.
• Funds sent from or received via third-party accounts will be considered void.

5 Betting Rules

There are a few important rules all users must follow when placing bets on 90jil. These rules apply equally to everyone on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except through the live betting cashout feature.
• 90jil reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• If one leg of a parlay or combo bet is voided, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.0.

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds at which it will be recorded. If a bet is confirmed late due to network issues, the latest applicable odds may apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

90jil offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all game types — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 90jil platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to guarantee profits.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet on a fixed match, or doing so with prior knowledge of match-fixing.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to 90jil's systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

90jil may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If no unlawful activity is proven after an account is closed, the remaining balance will be returned.
